 In response to International President Eberhard J Wirfs's stressed on Culture activities this year, the Lions Clubs in Region One, District 308-A2 are organizing 'Lions Culture Asia' an event to showcase the diverse Cultures in Asia. Top performances by select cultural troupes in full color and splendor will be staged in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia on 29 May, 2010. Apart from our home grown Malaysian  Culture dance artists, more from Thailand, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan and China will be there to enthrall and consume you in the mystic of Asian Culture. Our Chief Advisor is International Director Hajah Ellis Suriyati Omar, and with the theme of Peace and Understanding Through Culture, we hope to bring our Lions and Peoples of the World, separated by miles, mountains and seas, closer together in mutual understanding. A Culture Symposium will also be held on 28th May 2010 to further usher us to our objective.  Our organizing committee would like to cordially invite you to send a team from your part of the world to take part in this  landmark event.
